Strategic Planning for NGOs
Introduction
This intensive 3-day residential workshop is designed to enable participating NGOs to formulate, refine, and commit to a clear, actionable strategic plan grounded in sound strategic management principles and ethical values. By the end of the workshop, each of the six participating organizations will have a near-complete strategic plan ready for board review and adoption, along with an agreed roadmap for implementation and review.
